Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law

- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Extended periods of inactivity (the exact timeframe is determined by 245).
- The user submits a voluntary account closure request.
Users are generally given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure; however, this does not apply in cases of fraud.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties will follow the applicable legal processes in Bangladesh.
